What matters most before you subscribe

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account switches back to the free Inventory plan. Transmission features — heirs, personal messages, Proof of Life — are deactivated, but nothing is deleted: your inventory stays private and intact, and you can reactivate Transmission at any time.

Is my data ever deleted?

Never without your explicit request. You can export everything (JSON + attachments) or permanently delete your account at any time, in line with GDPR articles 15 and 17. If you cancel, your data simply stays in your free inventory.

Why a subscription instead of a one-time payment?

Because an estate plan is only useful if it stays current. Your subscription covers ongoing services: Proof of Life monitoring, quarterly EU legal and tax watch, encrypted storage, and human validation before any transmission. A one-time fee could not sustain a service that must still be running the day your family needs it.

What does Sucesio cover that my will doesn’t — and vice versa?

Your notarial will decides who inherits; only a notary can do that, and Sucesio never replaces it. What the will cannot do is guarantee your heirs actually find everything: accounts, crypto, property records, passwords locations, personal messages — across borders and languages. That practical layer is what Sucesio covers.

Is the Founding Member price really locked for life?

Yes. €99/year for as long as your subscription remains active, even when the standard price rises. If you cancel later and come back, the standard price applies — the lifetime rate is reserved for the first 100 members who stay.
