Your notary writes the will. Sucesio plans the rest — digital assets, physical assets, personal legacy and cross-border transmission.
Sucesio centralises your physical, digital and emotional assets — so they reach the people you choose, clearly and securely. A complement to your will, not a replacement.
In a few steps, prepare the transmission of your entire estate — at your own pace, alongside your notary.
Your data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest, hosted in Europe and GDPR compliant. Access to the content of your vault is strictly controlled — only you and your designated heirs can access it.
Your inventory is free, forever — no card required. Transmission is €200/year, and the first 100 Founding Members lock it in at €99/year for life. No hidden fees, cancel anytime.
You configure a periodic check-in — for example, once a month. If you don't respond after several reminders, the transmission protocol activates automatically according to your instructions.
No — Sucesio is a centralisation and transmission tool, not a legal document. For legal matters, a notary remains essential. Sucesio complements and simplifies the process.
You can export all your data at any time with one click. Your information is never locked into our platform.
No. You designate your heirs with their email. At the time of transmission, they receive a secure link with the information you left them. No account required on their side.
Sucesio is designed for expats and transnational families. The platform works in French, Spanish and English for assets located in any country.
Sucesio is already available in beta. Create your free account today and start your inventory — the Founding Member offer (€99/year for life, 100 seats) is reserved for the first users.
Every month (or at your chosen frequency), Sucesio sends you a simple email. One click confirms you are there. If you do not respond after 3 reminders over 15 days, your trusted contact is alerted. The transmission is only triggered after human confirmation and verification of an official document. No false positives possible.
Nothing happens. The protocol has multiple security levels. You have 15 days to respond after the first reminder. Our team will contact you directly to check on your status. If you have designated a trusted contact, we will also reach out to them. You can also set a "pause" before leaving — travel, hospitalisation, no-signal area. Sucesio never triggers on a single absence.
Yes, at any time and at no cost. You can adjust your frequency (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year) directly from your account. The change takes effect immediately and the counter resets. This is useful when your situation evolves: relocating abroad, extended travel, long hospitalisation, or simply a personal preference. No justification is required and your check-in history is never lost.
The trusted contact is someone you choose — a close friend, lawyer or solicitor — different from your heirs. Their role is solely to confirm your death if you stop responding to check-ins. They have no access to any content in your vault.
Pick someone who meets 4 criteria: (1) reliable and reachable in the long run — someone you will still be able to contact in 10 or 20 years; (2) different from your heirs to avoid any conflict of interest; (3) briefed on their role — tell them and walk them through the process before designating them; (4) ideally geographically stable, based in your main country of residence or in your country of origin. For expats, a lawyer, notary or wealth advisor can be an excellent choice: their profession makes them stable, reachable and used to this kind of responsibility.
The protocol is designed for that case. If your trusted contact does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Sucesio team takes over: we try to reach you through every available channel (email, phone) before any escalation. Without any human confirmation, the protocol stays on extended hold — the transmission is never triggered as long as no human verification has been completed. This is why choosing your trusted contact matters as much as choosing your heirs: take the time to designate someone reliable, reachable and ideally briefed on their role ahead of time.
No. Your heirs receive no notification during your lifetime. They have no idea they have been designated — or what you have prepared. They will only be contacted at the moment of activation, with a secure link giving access only to the information you intended for them.
The bare minimum to contact them: first name, last name, email and phone number. Nothing more. This data is encrypted and used solely to notify them at the moment of transmission.
• Describe your assets in enough detail for an heir to locate them (bank name, account type, property reference). • Add useful contacts: solicitor, notary, accountant. – Never write secret phrases or passwords in plain text — use hints only. – Do not mention the exact financial value of your assets — this can create conflicts between heirs. – Do not leave information that could be used to steal your identity.
A personal message is not a legal document — it is a life letter. Be specific: explain where to find important documents, who to contact first, your wishes for sentimental objects. Avoid wording that could cause misunderstandings or tension between heirs. It may be the last thing they read from you — take the time to write it with care.
Your data is fully preserved. You can no longer edit your vault or add assets, but everything you saved remains intact and secure. If you resubscribe, you pick up exactly where you left off. We never delete your data without your explicit consent.
No. Life verification is suspended if your subscription expires. The transmission protocol cannot trigger without an active subscription — this is an additional safety measure.
Yes. Sucesio is hosted in Europe (Ireland) and fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to access, correct and delete all your data at any time. We never share your data with third parties.
Your data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Even if there were an intrusion, an attacker would only see unreadable, unusable data. No banking or financial data is stored — only the information you choose to add.
No. Your vault content is encrypted and accessible only by you and your designated heirs. The Sucesio team has no access to the content of your data.
